Use of Electronic Log Books and Maintenance Records for Aircraft Airworthiness Monitoring
Airworthiness documents submitted in “Operator” user module comply with valid requirements to types and sections of log books and maintenance records and operation documents specified in the following regulatory documents:
- GOST 2.612-2011 Unified system of design documentation. Electronic logbook. General principles.
- GOST 2.051-2013 Unified system of design documentation. Digital documents. General principles.
- GOST 2.601-2013 Unified system of design documentation. Exploitative documents.
- GOST 18675-2012 Design documentation for aircraft and furnished equipment operation and maintenance.
- GOST 27692-2012 Maintenance documentation for aeronautical engineering. Structure, statement, execution and contents of log books.
- GOST 27693-2012 Maintenance documentation for aeronautical engineering. Structure, statement, execution and contents of registration certificates and labels.
The user module also possesses information used for aircraft component authenticity assessment tasks in compliance with:
- GOST R 54080-2010 Aviation transport. System of aircraft maintenance and repair. Information analysis system for aircraft airworthiness monitoring. General requirements.
- GOST R 55256-2012 Aviation transport. System of aircraft maintenance and repair. Procedures for assessing authenticity of civil aircrafts components. General requirements.
Information contained in electronic log books and maintenance records shall be submitted as output documents on forms approved by valid regulatory and technical documents.
Based on current data about AE resources consumption as well as other passport data, reliability data and data on works performed, one shall generate:
- summaries on current and planned state of AE articles;
- selective production tasks for maintenance and other works for aircrafts including job instruction cards and other production and technical documents;
- lists of aircraft components subject to removal for maintenance and/or for inspection or repair due to remaining life;
- calculation of needs for aircraft components for the current or next year;
- background information, reports, and other documents related to AE M&R.
