Training of Specialists

Dear colleagues!

Scientific experience and capabilities of specialists in Information and Analytical Center of FSUE GosNII GA make it possible to develop programs (participate in program development in cooperation with other scientific centers of FSUE GosNII GA) of additional training (advanced training), on the subject of main activities of the Center, used both for education of audience in Aviation and Education Center of FSUE GosNII GA and for training of third party employees as part of training seminars held at the premises of the Center.

Information and Analytical Center of FSUE GosNII GA has specialists who have completed special training and have been certified for the right to perform teaching; they are engaged in training of audience in Aviation Training Center of FSUE GosNII GA in additional advanced programs approved by Rosaviation.

Starting from 2008, Information and Analytical Center of FSUE GosNII GA participates in training of audience in Aviation Training Center of FSUE GosNII GA in education advanced programs with aircraft equipment maintenance, aircraft component authenticity assessment.

Nowadays Information and Analytical Center of FSUE GosNII GA together with Aviation Training Center of FSUE GosNII GA participates in trainees’ education as part of special educational program “Specialist training for aircraft component authenticity assessment’ developed by specialists of the Center and approved by Rosaviation Department of aircraft airworthiness maintenance on 09.06.2016.

Special education program is aimed at specialists providing for civil aircraft equipment maintenance support, QCD specialists at manufacturers’, specialists in procurement, quality control, production and dispatching department of aviation enterprises, specialists of certification in the Center; specialists from aviation inventory suppliers, operators, employees from territorial departments of Rosaviation. Study schedule for certain groups of specialists is formed as part of education program training plan.

Special education program covers education in a number of questions related to performance of works in aviation enterprises and aircraft maintenance and repair organizations aimed to ensure control and maintain aircraft airworthiness as well as to perform works in aviation enterprises together with aviation industry enterprises in aircraft airworthiness monitoring.

• information and analytical system for aircraft airworthiness monitoring (IAS AAM);
• aircraft component authenticity assessment;
• IAS AAM user modules;
• creation of digital log books and passports of aircraft components at an industrial enterprise;
• system of aviation enterprise provision with aviation inventory;
• voluntary certification system of the civil aviation facilities (VCS CAF);
• up-to-date aircraft component identification technologies;
• Issues of providing aviation enterprises with funds of Central regulatory and guidance library of civil aviation.

Besides, training seminars are held in premises of IAS FSUE GosNII GA on the subject of main scientific and practical activities:

• under program ‘Inauthentic Aircraft Components Detection System’;
• under program ‘Practical Application of Aircraft Components Authenticity Assessment Procedure’.

Training seminars for trainees of third-party organizations can be held both in premises of IAS FSUE GosNII GA and in the territory of the Customer at any convenient and agreed time.

Based on training results trainees of seminars will receive Training Seminar Certificates.
