• On the official letterhead of a company (enterprise)
• To the attention of Director of Center in FSUE State Research and Development Institute of Civil Aviation, Valeriy Yurievich Brusnikin
• In the application specify the following:
  • full name of a contact person, his/her phone number and e-mail;
  • sections of the digital library to which an access is required;
  • in case it is necessary to have access to OTD, indicate aircraft types;
  • company (enterprise) particulars.
